Application Procedure: Non-Local Students

  1. Obtain an information package from CCAB office; complete the Application Form and submit it along with previous academic records and a non-refundable application fee.
  2. CCAB issues a “Letter of Offer” regarding the student’s admission status.
  3. Proceed with applying for passport of the home country.
  4. Pay the prepaid tuition fee for at least two semesters. (Please contact Admissions office for more detail)
  5. CCAB issues an official “Letter of Acceptance”.
  6. Apply for a Study Permit from a Canadian Embassy or Canadian High Commission (A student needs a Study Permit for a program of more than 6 months). Submit other supporting documents to the Embassy or High Commission officers.
  7. Once the application for Study Permit has been obtained, book the flight. Inform CCAB about arrival date and arrange appointment with counselors.
  8. Students under 18 have to identify a guardian while staying in Canada and prepare the notarized custodianship declaration.
  9. Arrange homestay and airport pick-up if necessary. (Please allow at least 10 days for the school to make proper arrangements)
